findindiabiz.com lists local businesses in India. Browsing and contacting listings is free. You deal with businesses directly — we are not a party to those transactions.
We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, still open, or available at the time you call. Always confirm details with the business before you visit or pay them.
Business listings
Paid listings use the fee shown at checkout (one-time listing, yearly plan, or featured placement). By submitting a listing you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to represent the business.
- We may edit, unpublish or remove a listing that is misleading, illegal, spam, or abusive.
- Listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is live, except where Indian law requires otherwise.
- You are responsible for keeping phone, address, hours and offers up to date from the owner dashboard.
Reviews and conduct
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Do not post spam, fake ratings, hate speech, or content that violates Indian law. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Payments
Payments are collected through Cashfree. GST, where applicable, is shown at checkout as part of the inclusive price. A failed or disputed payment may result in the listing being unpublished until the payment is resolved.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses from dealings with listed businesses, downtime, or inaccurate third-party information, except for liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Notices and legal correspondence can be sent through the contact page or admin@findindiabiz.com.
