Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run the directory, keep it secure, and support owners.
- When you browse: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and search terms. Used for security, spam control and to improve results.
- When you register or manage a listing: name, phone, email, and the business details you submit (address, hours, photos, services).
- When you contact us: name, email and message.
- Payments: handled by Cashfree. We store order and payment references. We do not store full card or UPI credentials.
How we use it
- Publish and update business listings
- Send a password-reset code to the email on an owner account
- Process listing, featured and subscription payments
- Prevent abuse, spam and fraudulent listings
- Reply to support, claim and correction requests
We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who operate the site — hosting, SMS OTP, email delivery and Cashfree payments — and only as needed for that purpose. We may disclose information if required by Indian law.
What is shown publicly
A listing is a public page. The business name, category, address, phone, WhatsApp number, website, hours, photos and reviews you add are visible to anyone. Do not submit private staff details or personal numbers you do not want published.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep owners signed in and to protect forms from CSRF. The site does not set third-party advertising cookies.
Retention and your rights
Account and listing data is kept while the listing is active, and for a reasonable period after deletion for legal, tax and fraud records. You can ask us to correct or delete an owner account.
