What to check before choosing an Education and Learning centre in India

  • Check recognition or affiliation where it applies — for example CBSE/ICSE/state board for schools, UGC or AICTE for colleges and professional courses.
  • Ask for a demo class and talk to current students or parents.
  • Ask about batch size, teacher qualifications and how progress is tracked.
  • Get the complete fee structure in writing, including exam, material and transport charges, and read the refund policy.
  • Be cautious of guaranteed-result or guaranteed-job promises.
